I just finished "Cirque Dreams"...in a one week run at the DPAC(Durham Performing Arts Center....new and beautiful and so modern..) and is getting ready to do a month run of "Phantom Of The Opera" at the DPAC for a month run. Great stagecraft and great union wages. When I was at U of L and just received my union card for Local 17 Louisville my first real major broadway production was POTO at the Bomhard Theatre for a month run.

I hope all of you folks is happy and healthy......GJL

Otherwise been to Kerr Lake on The NC/VA border on the weekends. The weather here is great and I wish easy for everybody. Later...The Guymeister

Geez, I was doing pretty well 'till last week.  We had to rush to the ER here in Versailles.  I had rapid pulse, breathing, and shaking almost to the point of convulsions.  Turns out my sodium level was dangerously low ( 115 - normal is 135 - 145 ).  They put me in hospital with a sodium chloride IV for a day and some.  Thank God, it came back up nicely and they let me go home.  I really thought I was going to die.

Then, this past Monday, I was hurrying to make Monday morning Mass ( church for those who don't know ), dropped slightly off to the left in the grass and did the WRONG thing.  I overcorrected, crashed through a farm fence and rolld about 100 yards before stopping.  The officers thought I rolled it, but I don't think so. They also said the seat belt saved my life.  Thank God again, I walked away with some cuts and a real sore left shoulder ( not the surgery shoulder thank God ).  Declined to ride the ambulance to the ER 'coz I didn't think I was hurt that bad.

Totaled the car I think.

Thank the Lord for protecting me, it could have be fatal.

Yeah Guy, HAPPY B-DAY!   Last night, The Brown Theatre was gas. If It wasn't sold out, it was damn close. The was VERY nice to us.  But 1964 was truly phenominal.  I thought the "Paul" they usaually have was great, but this replacement "Paul" they had last night was amazing.  Their reproductions of the exact tones of the guitars were spot on.

Tom,

I know you guys still have some of my chords I forgot last time I sat in.  Did I leave the whole box, that grey & red plastic tupperware thing ?   I need to get it sometime.

Healing OK these days - still a long haul;

I'll come when I'm up for it, can't play yet but soon enough I hope. . . . .

Cheers and the best to my brothers in the band.
